Terms of Admission  

To be enrolled at DIRAC:

PhD courses: You need to be registered as PhD student at:

Ø      The Danish Faculties of Health Sciences at The Universities of Southern Denmark, Aarhus and Copenhagen

Ø      The Danish University of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Ø      The Dental Colleges of Copenhagen and Aarhus

Ø      The Universities of South Sweden (Lund/Malmö)

 ... and your research field has to be within the concept of clinical intervention research.

In case of vacant seats:

- instructors, researchers in the pharmaceutical industry and foreigners are very welcome. As the target group is Danish and South Swedish Ph.D. students, other applicants will be put on a waiting list until the closing date. At this date they will be told whether they have been accepted or not.

The enrolment as PhD students takes place at the local research education, where you list the DIRAC-courses on your list of optional courses. When you have finished that, you apply for registration at DIRAC on our online application form.

To achieve a “Diploma in Clinical Intervention Research” you need to have participated in a minimum of 3 DIRAC courses.

Non-PhD courses: You need to be

Ø      Instructor

Ø      Researcher in the Pharmaceutical Industry

Please be aware that in certain courses, there are specific prerequisites you need to do when applying.

For both PhD and non-PhD courses, you do not have to pay a fee to participate in the courses, or for the board, but the expenses for transport and lodgings for non-residents are not covered by DIRAC
